James founded Property Book UK along with Ben in 2009. He can occasionally be found in the Mersea Island sky flying his beloved paramotor. He has recently finished renovating a property on Mersea island and is on the hunt for another project.
Ben founded Property Book UK along with James in 2009. He has been working in the lettings industry for 25 years and has built up a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the local market in both Colchester and Mersea.

Jack was the first employee of Property Book UK. He has worked in the lettings industry for 20 years and is the proud owner of Alfonso the office dog.
